I enjoyed the friendships I made and carried on through life. As a “prefect” I found that not all students are angels!
NZBTI gave me some of the basics for aspects of ministry and life.
I went on to spend 25 years in missionary service in Africa, plus a further 40 years in voluntary ministry.
I am now fully retired, though accepting opportunities for ministry; eg. preparing home group studies, and short meditations at church before a communion service.
I am grateful to God for the strong emphasis on expository preaching at NZBTI which has served me well throughout all aspects of teaching and preaching, even today.
